All proceeds to this event will go towards the creation of our upcoming film, Weezy Goes Outside. Weezy, a very confused girl, is on her way to Coney Island at 3am to bury her beloved goldfish, Booboo, who recently died of a heart attack. Between the MTA’s unreliable service and strange appearances, nothing goes according to plan.

All the Times I Did Not See Potsdam

Four strangers sit in the cafeteria of a German Palace filled with tourists while outside a solar eclipse is approaching. They begin a conversation that will unravel what brought them to this particular place. Part installation, part theatre, All the times I did not see Potsdam is a non-linear piece in five different languages exploring the missed opportunities in our lives and the emotional maps we build for ourselves.

This workshop will integrate acting exercises that inform the work of a producer, nurture relationships and encourage creativity with producing exercises that compliment your interests and strengths, inform you of what kind of producer you could be and give tangible answers on how to actually achieve this. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet like-minded collaborators which is an integral step to getting started. You will learn how to navigate the self-producing world of NY, launch your own work, discover your options with regard to venues and festivals, identify fiscal sponsors and why they're valuable and more.

Mischa has been acting since she was a child, producing since 2007 and established her multi-award winning company Little y in 2010. She has taught on the faculty at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting, the New York Pops and with many other organizations in Australia, South Africa and New York. Highlights of Mischa's acting career include working with Punchdrunk on Sleep No More and Believe Your Eyes, Amazon and Funny or Die on Soojung Dreams of Fiji, 3-Legged Dog on Intimate Moment and Audible on multiple audio booksHighlights of Mischa's producing career include being awarded a $90,000 grant to tour the play Scent Tales through Western Australia, being nominated for multiple awards at the LA Webfest for the webseries Then That Happened and filming Fifteen Minutes to Fly in France.

All proceeds go towards paying the crew and actors on Little y’s upcoming production Weezy Goes Outside.

Arrivée de New York, Heloise Wilson anime un workshop qui vous aidera :

  • à aller au -delà de vos blocages créatifs et angles morts

  • trouver de la spécificité dans le monde que vous créérez

  • accéder à ceux qui vous différencie des autres.

Que vous ayez un projet avec lequel vous voulez passer la vitesse supérieure, ou sur le point d'en commencer un nouveau, cet atelier est personnalisé afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs. La méthode d'Heloise est intuitive, basé sur votre inconscient et votre '' architecture '' mentale. Vous créerez des dialogues et scènes ancrés et spécifiques a  à l’environnement et l'atmosphère auquel vous voulez donner vie. Cet atelier utilise des techniques d'écriture de pieces de théâtre  et de scénario mais est ouvert à tout les genres d'auteurs, ainsi que ceux qui se lancent. Les acteurs et autres artistes sont bienvenus aussi.

Avant et après chaque session, les participants recevront un programme complet et plan d'action ainsi que des exercices personnalisés.

Heloise est comédienne, scénariste et dramaturge travaillant entre Paris et New York. Elle a reçus de nombreux pris notamment le Truman Capote Literary Trust award, et le Himan Brown award pour ses pièces Blue Children et La Folie. Heloise est diplômée de Brooklyn College, le programme des nouvelles plumes Américaines sur Broadway et off,   avec un Master en écriture dramatique sous la direction de Mac Wellman, Erin Courtney et Anne Washburn. La pièce de Heloise, La Folie a récemment commissionnée et produite par Brooklyn College, et ses autres projets ont été mis en scene dans d'autres théâtres a NY notamment JACK, Dixon Place, Black Lady Theatre, New York International Fringe Festival et The Flea Theatre, ses scénarios ont été réalisés à Montpellier et New York.  Heloise est originaire de Paris et est contente de revenir à Paris pour partager son experience des techniques d'écritures Américaines.

Three volunteers, Sol, Sorcha and Tallulah are on their way to Mars and doomed to die.

Inspired by the Mars One Mission which will send the first humans to settle a colony on the red planet, Astronauts Wanted, is a deeply poetic non-linear narrative.

What happens when you get your period in space? How do you have sex in zero gravity? Is it really possible to use the soil on Mars and your own poop to grow a garden of potatoes?

Fifteen Minutes to Fly by Heloise Wilson

A vow of silence, loss of art and an unexpected friendship.

Marine was once a famous DJ. After the death of her mother, she finds herself unable to write music. She moves back into her empty childhood home in the south of France where she meets her new neighbor, an American woman who has taken a vow of silence.

All the way from New York City, Heloise Wilson presents a workshop that will help you

  • overcome creative blocks and blind spots

  • find specificity in the world you create

  • access what makes you stand out

Whether you have a project you're ready to take to the next level, or are diving into a new one, this workshop will be tailored to your specific needs to help you reach your writing goals. Heloise’s method is intuitive, allowing you to tap into your artistic subconscious and distinguish your mind’s architecture. You will create dialogue and scenes that support the situation and environment you are creating, while coming closer to writing what best expresses your authentic voice. This workshop comes from a basis in playwriting and screenwriting but writers who work in other mediums, performers and artists are welcome too. 

Heloise is a writer and performer working and living between NYC and Paris. She has been awarded the Truman Capote Literary Trust Foundation Award and the Himan Brown Award in New York for her plays Blue Children and La Folierespectively. Heloise graduated with an MFA in playwriting from the prestigious Brooklyn College, the home of a plethora of experimental, downtown and Broadway produced Playwrights under the direction of Mac Wellman, Erin Courtney and Anne Washburn. As an alumni Heloise was honoured with a commissioning of her play La Folie that was produced at Brooklyn College in May, 2018. Heloise’s plays have been produced all over New York City including at JACK, Dixon Place, Black Lady Theatre, the New York International Fringe Festival and The Flea Theatre and has had her screenplays produced in Montpellier and New York. Heloise is originally from Paris and is pleased to return to her hometown to inspire local writers who are interested in intuitive techniques developed in New York City.
