Weezy Goes Outside

Our proof-of-concept for Weezy Goes Outside was selected for the The National Academy of TV Arts and Sciences (aka, Emmy Academy) and Catalyst Story Institute’s inaugural mentorship program.

“a delightful cine-epiphany” Broadway World

“a delicious and revelatory experience.” Broadway World

“Wilson delivers a sterling and poignant portrayal of Weezy” Broadway World

“There is no shortage of precious moments in this film, accentuated by Joel Crane's keen eye for the tones and pace of urban life and Daniel Rufolo's vibrant (with a decidedly jazzy European flavor) music.” Broadway World

Weezy is on her way to Coney Island at 3am to bury her beloved goldfish, Booboo, who recently died of a heart attack. Between the MTA's unreliable service and strange appearances, nothing goes according to plan.

All the Times I Did Not See Potsdam

By Heloise Wilson

“I would fly myself to Rome to see it again.” Tony Shalhoub

Commissioned by The Plaxall Gallery, Little y is proud to present Heloise Wilson’s All The Times I Did Not See Potsdam, an experimental and whimsical show about happenstance and hope. Four strangers meet in the cafeteria of a German Palace while a solar eclipse approaches to untangle what brought them there. Part installation, part theatre, All The Times I Did Not See Potsdam is a non-linear piece in eight languages exploring missed opportunities and the emotional maps we build for ourselves.

“Mischa brings in her expertise (and JOY) into the room! I was surprised to find that the workshop created a sense of community among participants rather than only deliver information. Taking the workshop inspired me, enriched me through hearing other experiences, and gave tangible ways to make my dream projects real and move forward in my career.”

“This was a fun, insightful workshop that helped me get a greater look at what creating and producing work looks like for me. It was incredibly helpful at lifting up my spirits and inspiring me to get to work!”
